In 2025, I made a career transition from operations management to software development, driven by passion for AI and building solutions that matter. Within 12 months, I've built and deployed 4 production AI systems serving real users. My engineering degree (Metallurgy, AGH University) provides a strong analytical foundation, while my management experience brings valuable soft skills: communication, team coordination, and problem-solving under pressure. I specialize in RAG systems, LLM applications, and full-stack development with a focus on privacy-respecting, GDPR-compliant AI solutions. My approach: learn by building, ship early, iterate fast.
